Office complex VLNENA
The Vlnena office complex consists of several individual buildings and includes the reconstructed Bochner Palace, which is one of the oldest neo-Renaissance buildings in Brno, Czech Republic. The buildings are grouped around the inner courtyard, which also forms a communication axis between Dornych, Prizova and Mlynská streets.
RomanM82, Brno - Vlněna Office Park
The Office Park Vlnena complex is located near the centre of Brno and is CTP Invest's newest business centre in Brno. The area was built on the site of the former factory of the same name, whose buildings were gradually renovated due to their dilapidated condition. The complex was realised according to the design of the architectural office "Studio acht" under Vaclav Hlavacek and Ben Hoek.
